OwlGate Docs

OwlGate is an independent trading terminal for TapeOut mining rigs.

Guide: your first rig

  1. Connect a wallet. On a phone, open owlgate.xyz inside your wallet app (OKX Wallet, MetaMask, Trust or Binance Wallet). On desktop, use the browser extension. Keep some BNB for the price, the 1% fee and gas.
  2. Open Trade and pick a CPU. The header shows the floor, the best bid, the 7-day median and the volume. The order book lists every price for sale (red) and every offer (green).
  3. Choose a rig. For mining CPUs, compare BEM/day per BNB in Market: higher means more BEM for each BNB. vs recent sales shows whether the price is under the usual level.
  4. Buy. Tap a price in the order book to buy its best rig, or use Sweep to buy the 1 to 10 cheapest rigs in one transaction. The total with the fee is shown before your wallet asks you to confirm.
  5. Or name your price. In Trade, switch to Offer and make a WBNB offer on a rig. Signing is free; WBNB leaves your wallet only if a holder accepts. The 0.75% fee is added on top.
  6. Track it. Portfolio shows your rigs and what they earned. Alerts pings you on Telegram when a rig you want gets cheap.

Start

  1. Open owlgate.xyz and connect a wallet (any EIP-1193 wallet, e.g. OKX Wallet or MetaMask).
  2. BNB Chain is used for rigs and the circuit market. X Layer (chain 196) is used for Rig Bridge vouchers. The site asks your wallet to switch chain when needed.
  3. You can read everything without a wallet. A wallet is needed only to buy, sell, list or make offers.

Check a rig

Every rig has an id (for example #17628) and a power (its share of mining weight). For each listing OwlGate shows:

These are estimates from on-chain data, not a promise of returns. More rigs mining means fewer BEM per rig.

Buy and sell on BNB Chain

Buy

Pick a listing in Trade and press Buy. The card shows price, OwlGate fee and total. Your wallet sends one transaction through the OwlGate router (0x8cf613755e9b39fa1c668a1d94aa72edf512814f, verified), which buys on the TapeOut circuit market and sends the rig to you.

Sell

In Portfolio, list a rig at your price, change the price or delist. To sell now, accept the best offer on your rig if there is one.

Offers

Make an offer in WBNB on one rig. The WBNB stays in your wallet until a holder accepts. You can cancel any time.

X Layer vouchers

A voucher (contract 0x9cfc959cd42b2e1d39a0d850c528210e818ae520, ERC-721 on X Layer) stands for one rig locked in the TapeOut Rig Bridge on BNB. The rig keeps mining on BNB; its BEM goes to whoever holds the voucher. Redeeming the voucher returns the rig (fee in OKB). The voucher contract is upgradeable by TapeOut (UUPS proxy).

ActionWhat happens
ListSign a Seaport order with your price in OKB. Free to sign. One-time approval of that voucher.
BuyOne transaction; you pay the listed price in OKB.
OfferOffer WOKB on one voucher. The site wraps OKB to WOKB if needed. WOKB stays in your wallet until accepted.
Any voucherA collection offer: any holder can accept it.
Sell nowAccept the best offer (single or any voucher) on a voucher you hold.
CancelCancel one order or all your X Layer orders on chain.

Each ask also shows BEM/OKB: BEM per day for each OKB you pay. Expiry is 1, 3 or 7 days. Price 0.01 to 500 OKB.

Referral

Share owlgate.xyz/?r=YOUR_CODE: Portfolio shows your short link, a 6-character code tied to your wallet. Old links with the full wallet address still work. When someone opens OwlGate from your link and buys or sweeps rigs on BNB Chain within 30 days, you earn 20% of the OwlGate fee on those buys. Group admins and KOLs we invite directly earn 40% for their first 90 days.

AI agents

Agents can read the X Layer voucher market and get unsigned transactions. Your agent wallet signs within its own limits; OwlGate never signs or holds funds. The machine-readable version is /llms.txt.

Read (GET, JSON, no key)

Act (GET, returns steps)

GET /xl/tx/buy?hash=ORDER_HASH&from=0xYOU
GET /xl/tx/sell?v=VOUCHER_ID&from=0xYOU
GET /xl/order/build?kind=list|offer|coll&from=0xYOU&v=ID&price=1.5&days=1|3|7
GET /xl/tx/cancel?hash=ORDER_HASH&from=0xYOU (or &all=1)

The answer is {chainId:196, from, steps, summary}. Run the steps in order: tx = send it, sign = eth_signTypedData_v4, post = POST the body with your signature. Fills are simulated from your wallet first; HTTP 409 means it would revert, so do not send.

MCP server

Add https://api.owlgate.xyz/mcp to any MCP client as a remote server (Streamable HTTP, no key, read-only, free). Tool fair_price: no arguments returns rigs listed under fair price, deepest discount first, with a buy link; with cp + vw/uw it returns one fair-price quote.

BNB Chain rigs · Binance Agentic Wallet

The same steps for TapeOut rigs on BNB Chain (chainId:56). Every tx and sign step also carries a baw field with the ready call for the Binance Agentic Wallet (Developer Mode on in the Binance App).

GET /fair rigs listed under fair price
GET /bsc/tx/buy?cp=CPU&tid=RIG_ID&from=0xYOU
GET /bsc/order/build?cp=CPU&tid=RIG_ID&from=0xYOU&days=1|3|7 (fair −5%, or &price=0.05)
GET /bsc/tx/cancel?from=0xYOU your open orders; &hash=ORDER_HASH cancels one, &all=1 all

tx step → baw contract-call preview --binanceChainId 56 --from 0xYOU --to … --value … --inputData … --json, then execute --requestId. sign step → baw sign-message preview --binanceChainId 56 --signType EIP712 --message '…' --json, then execute, then POST the post step with the signature.

OKX Agentic Wallet

Agents running OKX Onchain OS can install the OwlGate skill: save /skills/owlgate/SKILL.md into the agent's skills folder (for Claude Code: ~/.claude/skills/owlgate/). Then ask in plain words, e.g. "show the rig voucher market" or "make a 0.5 OKB collection offer for 3 days". Every transaction and signature goes through the Agentic Wallet's own confirmation.

Example: an agent watches /xl/market, picks the voucher with the most BEM/day per OKB under its budget, calls /xl/tx/buy, checks summary.payOkb, then signs and sends the one transaction.
