OwlGate Docs

OwlGate is an independent trading terminal for TapeOut mining rigs. It holds no keys and no funds: every action is a transaction or signature you approve in your own wallet. Facts and estimates only, not advice.

Start

  1. Open owlgate.xyz and connect a wallet (any EIP-1193 wallet, e.g. OKX Wallet or MetaMask).
  2. BNB Chain is used for rigs and the circuit market. X Layer (chain 196) is used for Rig Bridge vouchers. The site asks your wallet to switch chain when needed.
  3. You can read everything without a wallet. A wallet is needed only to buy, sell, list or make offers.

Check a rig

Every rig has an id (for example #17628) and a power (its share of mining weight). For each listing OwlGate shows:

These are estimates from on-chain data, not a promise of returns. More rigs mining means fewer BEM per rig.

Buy and sell on BNB Chain

Buy

Pick a listing in Trade and press Buy. The card shows price, OwlGate fee and total. Your wallet sends one transaction through the OwlGate router (0x8cf613755e9b39fa1c668a1d94aa72edf512814f, verified), which buys on the TapeOut circuit market and sends the rig to you.

Sell

In Portfolio, list a rig at your price, change the price or delist. To sell now, accept the best offer on your rig if there is one.

Offers

Make an offer in WBNB on one rig. The WBNB stays in your wallet until a holder accepts. You can cancel any time.

X Layer vouchers

A voucher (contract 0x9cfc959cd42b2e1d39a0d850c528210e818ae520, ERC-721 on X Layer) stands for one rig locked in the TapeOut Rig Bridge on BNB. The rig keeps mining on BNB; its BEM goes to whoever holds the voucher. Redeeming the voucher returns the rig (fee in OKB). The voucher contract is upgradeable by TapeOut (UUPS proxy).

ActionWhat happens
ListSign a Seaport order with your price in OKB. Free to sign. One-time approval of that voucher.
BuyOne transaction; you pay the listed price in OKB.
OfferOffer WOKB on one voucher. The site wraps OKB to WOKB if needed. WOKB stays in your wallet until accepted.
Any voucherA collection offer: any holder can accept it.
Sell nowAccept the best offer (single or any voucher) on a voucher you hold.
CancelCancel one order or all your X Layer orders on chain.

Each ask also shows BEM/OKB: BEM per day for each OKB you pay. Expiry is 1, 3 or 7 days. Price 0.01 to 500 OKB.

AI agents

Agents can read the X Layer voucher market and get unsigned transactions. Your agent wallet signs within its own limits; OwlGate never signs or holds funds. The machine-readable version is /llms.txt.

Read (GET, JSON, no key)

Act (GET, returns steps)

GET /xl/tx/buy?hash=ORDER_HASH&from=0xYOU
GET /xl/tx/sell?v=VOUCHER_ID&from=0xYOU
GET /xl/order/build?kind=list|offer|coll&from=0xYOU&v=ID&price=1.5&days=1|3|7
GET /xl/tx/cancel?hash=ORDER_HASH&from=0xYOU (or &all=1)

The answer is {chainId:196, from, steps, summary}. Run the steps in order: tx = send it, sign = eth_signTypedData_v4, post = POST the body with your signature. Fills are simulated from your wallet first; HTTP 409 means it would revert, so do not send.

Example: an agent watches /xl/market, picks the voucher with the most BEM/day per OKB under its budget, calls /xl/tx/buy, checks summary.payOkb, then signs and sends the one transaction.
